"Plant Me" is a user experience (UX) portfolio project focused on creating an intuitive and efficient mobile app for plant management. The app allows users to easily track and care for their plants by providing features such as plant identification, watering schedules, reminders, and tips for plant care. Through a user-centered design approach, the app aims to enhance the user's gardening experience by providing a seamless and enjoyable way to nurture their plants and improve their green thumb skills.
The Chargeback Redesign Portal is a comprehensive overhaul of the existing chargeback management system. It focuses on enhancing user experience, streamlining workflows, and improving efficiency for merchants handling chargeback disputes. Through intuitive navigation, personalized dashboards, and actionable insights, the redesigned portal empowers users to manage disputes effectively, track progress, and make informed decisions, ultimately leading to a more seamless and productive dispute resolution process.
"Our National Conversation" is a UX case study showcasing the redesign of a platform aimed at fostering meaningful discussions and engagement on national issues.
